Your name, phone and email fill in automatically, and the app sends you a notification every time your order moves forward. Forgot your password? Request a 6-digit code by email and choose a new one.

  1. Upload your files

    Sube tus archivos

    Tap Send a print, then choose Photo or Document.

    • Photos: JPG or PNG, with no limit on how many.
    • Fotografías: JPG o PNG, sin límite de cantidad.
    • Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG or PNG, up to 5 files. The app counts the pages for you.

    • Add your name, phone and email. The shop uses them to contact you about this order.

  2. Pick a printer near you

    Elige un impresor cerca de ti

    Choose your country, then a printer on the map: an established print shop or an independent printer working from home. In the app each one is listed as a shop.

    Elige tu país y luego un impresor en el mapa: una imprenta establecida o un impresor independiente que trabaja desde casa. En la app cada uno aparece como una sede.

    • A green dot means they're available now; red means they're closed. You can still order from someone who's closed, and your order is handled when they open.

    • You'll see the name of the person who will serve you.

  3. Set your options and see the price

    The total updates with every choice, so you know the cost before you pay.

    • Photos: size from 4×6 to 24×36, passport photos, or a custom width and height in inches. Choose how many copies of each photo.

    • Documents: paper size, color or black and white, one or both sides, optional thick matte or glossy cardstock, and spiral binding or staples at no extra cost.

    • Leave a comment for anything special, like a particular finish, or the time you need it by.

    • The breakdown shows the price per sheet or photo, the platform fee, and the total.

  4. Choose delivery, pay, and track

    • Pick up at the shop, or ship it to me with a courier app such as Uber. Delivery cost is agreed with the shop and isn't part of the app total. Shipped orders are paid in advance by card or PayPal.

    • Pay by card (secure Stripe checkout) or PayPal in the app, or with cash or a transfer at the shop.

    • Your order then moves through Received, In progress, Ready and Delivered.

Find any order with your phone number

Encuentra cualquier pedido con tu número de teléfono

On the app's home screen, tap Find my order and enter the phone number you used. You'll see every order made with it, its current status, and what's in it.

En la pantalla de inicio de la app, toca Buscar mi pedido y escribe el número de teléfono que usaste. Verás todos los pedidos hechos con ese número, su estado actual y su contenido.

Need the same thing again? Open the order and tap Send this order again. The form opens with the same details and files so you can review and confirm.

Send only the files. They go straight to the shop you choose with no charge in the app, and you can add your quote number so the shop can match them.

Enter the quoted amount, between $1 and $5,000 USD, and pay by card or PayPal. Add the quote reference so the shop knows what it's for.

Day and night prices. Each shop sets its own prices in its local currency, with separate day and night rates. Orders placed between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. use night rates. The app shows which shift is active before you confirm.

You can place an order at any hour. When it gets printed depends on the printer you choose: the app shows whether they're available right now, and orders sent while they're closed are handled when they open.

Often, yes. Whether you need it tomorrow morning or in two days, choose a printer nearby who's available, and write your deadline in the order comments. Timing depends on each printer's availability and the size of the job.

It depends on the printer and the size of the job. Follow the status in the app; when it changes to Ready, your order is waiting for you.

Yes, before the shop starts printing it. If you paid by card or PayPal and the order couldn't be completed, contact us and we'll arrange a refund. Cash and transfer payments are settled directly with the shop.

Start with the printer who made it; their details are on your order. If you can't sort it out together, write to us with your order number.

Deliveries are made by an outside courier service, such as Uber, that the printer arranges for you. You agree on that cost directly with them.

Use the account deletion form. We confirm by email and remove your data within 48 hours of your confirmation.
